Just got a note from Igrid Law, the brilliant author of Savvy, that the cover of Savvy was voted "favorite book jacket of 2008" by Publisher's Weekly! It always adds a little sparkle to the day when there's fun news like this.
Just as a heads up, I'm currently working on the jacket art for the sequel to Savvy. Hopefully it will compliment the awesome story once agian.
Later!

great news. Congrats.
Congrats! It's well-deserved. Your illustration for Savvy is my favorite cover of the year too. The focal point, the gorgeous colors, the swirly clouds, the perspective, the lightening, it's just fabulous.
That is fantastic news.. and well deserved! I have admired your cover also and surely would have voted for it. Congratulations!
Very cool. I love it, too. I think it's the light. The more dramatic the lighting the more impact, I find. Great job!
Congratulations and well-done! The cover is gorgeous.
I have loved this cover from the moment I saw it on the shelf. I truly think it is the best cover art I have ever seen. Congratulations!
